1. Who we are
Synqit is a hardware design tool operated from India. “Synqit”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this service; “you” means the person or organisation using it. Contact: letstalk@synqit.in.
2. What the service does
Synqit turns a written description into electronic and mechanical design output: a schematic, a placed and routed printed circuit board, a bill of materials, a build guide and 3D geometry. Output is produced by software, including large language models operated by third parties on our behalf.
3. What Synqit does not do, and this matters
Synqit tells you what it checked. It does not certify that a design is safe, compliant, manufacturable or fit for any purpose. Automated rules catch a defined set of defects and cannot catch every defect. You are responsible for reviewing every design before you build, energise, sell or rely on it, and for any certification, safety testing or regulatory approval it requires.
Nothing produced by Synqit is engineering advice, and no output should be treated as reviewed by a qualified engineer unless you have had it reviewed by one.
4. Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used them. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. One person or organisation per account; do not share logins.
5. What you own
You own what you make. Designs, schematics, board layouts, models and files you create with Synqit are yours. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to sell them. We process and store them only to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We own the service itself: the software, the rules, the part library, the interface and the brand. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or white-label it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Synqit to design anything unlawful, to attack or overload the service, to circumvent usage limits, to resell access, or to submit material you have no right to submit. We may suspend an account that does.
7. Paid plans and usage
Synqit is sold as a subscription with an included usage allowance. Generating a design consumes that allowance. Prices, plans and what each includes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You may instead connect your own API key from a model provider. That provider then bills you directly for inference, which is outside our control and outside any Synqit plan.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Synqit available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation depends on third-party model providers and can fail, queue or slow down for reasons outside our control. We may change or withdraw features.
9. Liability
So far as the law allows, Synqit is provided “as is”. We are not liable for loss arising from a design you built, manufactured or relied upon, for lost profit or data, or for any indirect loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Synqit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where the law requires it. You can export your designs before you go.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use Synqit after that means accepting them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
